Press Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.50 to $22.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available (Monday through Friday)
• 1st Shift: Mon-Fri 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Some voluntary overtime offered on Saturday.
• 2nd Shift Monday – Thursday 3:30 PM - 4:00 AM. Voluntary overtime may be available on Fridays.

Press Operator Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment in a cleanroom environment.
• Follow work instructions, SOPs, and specifications to complete production orders.
• Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure product standards are met.
• Load materials, adjust tooling, and make machine settings as needed.
• Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and identify quality issues.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and assist with troubleshooting.
• Handle materials, remove waste, and support packaging operations.
• Assist with process improvements and new product sample runs.

Press Operator Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Press Operator
• Demonstrated proficiency in Material Handling.
• Ability to Set-up press to run various parts.
• A keen eye for making precise adjustments during production to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English.
• Must be willing to adhere to clean room dress code.
