Audit Senior Associate

Run client engagements from start to finish, including financial statement preparation, engagement staffing, scheduling, budgeting, planning, and administrative functions Supervise, train, and mentor staff and interns and assess staff performance for engagement reviews Maintain strong client relationships and work with client management and staff at all levels to perform audit services Collaborate with audit teams to identify and resolve client issues Research and analyze financial statements and audit issues using electronic databases and audit software Engage with client management to collect information, resolve audit-related problems, and recommend business and process improvements Lead, develop industry insight, and grow client relationships within Financial Services audit engagements Requirements 2+ years of recent and relevant public accounting external audit experience Experience auditing Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management, Insurance, and Fintech clients Organization, social, technical, accounting, and auditing skills Experience with engagement management, reviews, and staff supervision Ability to multitask across concurrent engagements Ability to research technical matters before manager review Must meet the education requirement for CPA certification in the aligned home office state CPA license in the aligned state is advantageous Ability to work additional hours as needed Ability to travel to various client sites Ability to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States Crowe is not sponsoring work authorization Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in financial statement preparation, audit services, and client engagement management within the Financial Services sector.
