ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Lead opening and closing duties and rally the team. Train new team members, give clear feedback, and coach. Keep the store manager informed of team performance. Act as a brand advocate with enthusiastic, top‑tier customer service. Boost sales through creative sampling, product recommendations, and upselling. Prepare high‑quality milkshakes, sundaes, and dipped chocolates following recipes and presentation standards. Handle customer complaints calmly. Organize work and sales areas; manage inventory in stockrooms, coolers, and freezers. Set up promotional displays and signage with seasonal themes. Abide by cash‑management policies. Operate with a safety mindset. Maintain food safety and quality standards. Perform additional duties as needed. REQUIREMENTS Flexible schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and at least two Sunday shifts per month. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer‑service skills. Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced team while demonstrating leadership and delegation. Judicious labor management and decision‑making based on business activity. Attention to detail and commitment to safety. Manual dexterity and good hand‑eye coordination. Previous customer‑service and cash‑handling experience. High school diploma or GED. Physical ability to walk, stand up to 5 hours, bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds. #J-18808-Ljbffr
