Johnson & Johnson seeks a Neuroscience Sales Specialist to drive demand for Spravato in the Boston North territory. The role involves clinical selling, territory management, and collaboration across sales and market access teams to achieve sales objectives in psychiatry and neuroscience.

Responsibilities

Generate demand for Spravato through clinical selling and product differentiation using clinical data
Develop and execute territory coverage plans that maximize access to healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
Create customer-specific selling strategies aligned with practitioner perspectives and institutional philosophies
Collaborate with sales leadership, market access, and operations teams to support product adoption
Meet sales targets, call plan attainment, compliance, and training requirements

Requirements

Bachelor's degree minimum
Valid U.S. driver's license
Two or more years of healthcare sales, account management, or B2B sales experience
Problem-solving ability and willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
Must reside in or relocate to the Boston North territory
Specialty sales experience in related therapeutic areas preferred
Demonstrated learning aptitude toward emerging technologies like AI
