Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Construction Manager for the Greenfield and Substation Battery Augmentation team. Construction Managers will initially be assigned to greenfield projects and will eventually transition to battery augmentation sites as project needs evolve. Candidates will be fully mobilized to site and play a key role in overseeing daily construction activities, supporting field execution, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project standards. This position is ideal for individuals with a mechanical or electrical background who are eager to learn, take ownership, and grow within large‐scale renewable energy projects.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Support and oversee day‐to‐day construction activities on site
• Assist with supervision of field crews and subcontractors
• Ensure work is executed in accordance with project plans, schedules, and safety requirements
• Coordinate with site leadership, construction teams, and other stakeholders
• Monitor quality of work and report progress to project leadership
• Enforce safety standards and PPE compliance at all times
• Adapt to project needs across greenfield and battery augmentation sites
• Maintain a strong on‐site presence and support overall project success
