Paralegal – Guardianship & Conservatorship (with Probate & Estate Planning Support)Location: Atlanta, GA | Full-Time, In-OfficePosition OverviewWe are seeking a Paralegal with strong experience in guardianship and conservatorship matters, particularly those involving adult clients. This role will primarily focus on assisting attorneys with guardianship and conservatorship filings, client communication, and case management. Secondary responsibilities will include supporting probate and estate planning work as needed.The ideal candidate is highly organized, empathetic, and capable of managing sensitive cases with care and efficiency.Schedule & LocationFull-time, 40 hours per weekMonday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PMThis is an in-office position at our main office location based in Atlanta, GAOccasional overtime may be required
