Junior Estimator
Masters Millwork
Location: Madison Heights, MI
A rapidly growing commercial architectural millwork company which fabricates custom plastic laminate and solid surface cabinets, counter-tops, reception desks, and wall panels seeking a full time Junior Estimator. This role requires working with the Senior Manager to provide complete and accurate on-time proposals.
- Print and read blue prints and documents to develop complete architectural millwork scope of work.
- Provide complete and accurate takeoffs.
- Data entry of takeoffs into estimating software/spreadsheets.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Request and obtain proposals from suppliers and subcontractors as required.
- Assist in providing project management team with required documents of awarded projects.
This position is an entry level position but requires one year of blue print and construction document reading experience (or equivalent education).
Competitive salary based on experience.
