Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Snapshot / Role Overview:
We're seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Technician in San Antonio, TX to install, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial air conditioning and heating systems.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment including RTUs, split systems, and multi-zone units
- Perform preventive maintenance on rooftop units, air handlers, and ventilation systems
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant issues using industry-standard tools and techniques
- Complete service reports, time sheets, and material requisitions accurately and on time
- Coordinate with dispatch and project teams on scheduling and job priorities
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in clean, working condition
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain compliance with EPA refrigerant handling regulations
- Communicate system conditions and repair recommendations to building owners and facility managers
