Work Environment\nThis role offers remote work flexibility, allowing therapists to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of their homes while maintaining a professional, supportive atmosphere. The clinic operates Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life ratio for all team members. We utilize advanced telehealth technologies to maintain seamless communication and provide quality care to our clients.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct in-depth assessments to accurately evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms. \n
- Develop personalized treatment plans collaboratively with clients, ensuring they align with individual needs, goals, and preferences. \n
- Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support clients in managing their mood disorders effectively. \n
- Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and practical self-care strategies to enhance recovery. \n
- Continuously monitor and assess clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to improve therapeutic outcomes. \n
- Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, consulting regularly with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care. \n
- Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in the field of mental health to inform and refine treatment approaches and practices. \n
- Maintain thorough, confidential documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment strategies in compliance with healthcare regulations. \n
- Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and continuing professional development to enhance clinical skills and therapeutic effectiveness. \n
- Advocate for clients' mental health needs, promoting awareness and reducing stigma associated with mood disorders within the community. \n
The therapist will primarily work with adults experiencing a range of mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related disorders. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- Valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas. \n
- Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatment techniques, specifically for mood disorders. \n
- Strong foundational knowledge of psychopharmacology, facilitating effective collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals. \n
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from varied backgrounds. \n

- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling techniques. \n
