**Required Certifications:** - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - BLS (Basic Life Support) - TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) - ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) - CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) by 9/30 **Preferred Certifications and Skills:** - PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) for Medic **Must-have Skills:** - Adaptability - Team player **Preferred Skills:** - High pressure experience in previous job - Previous medical experience (RN, Medic, Technician, etc.) **Typical Procedures:** - IV starts and phlebotomy - Cardiac Monitoring/Interpretation **Best Personality Fit:** - Outgoing and positive under pressure
