Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is seeking a full-time Project Manager to join our team! This is a remote role with occasional onsite requirements near Chicago, IL, Peoria, IL, or Dallas, TX. We are seeking a Project Manager to play a key role supporting operations, support, and team project management within a cloud-based digital environment. In this role, you will manage escalated tickets, support onboarding processes, assist with organization and reporting, and work closely with technical leads, management, and project managers to unblock and resolve difficult user stories and features. Work escalated tickets from Level 1 teams, including customer- and internally-reported issues, using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Salesforce.
• Manage team project tracking within Azure DevOps, supporting ongoing monitoring, observability work, and dealer- and customer-facing business tool operations.
• Work with technical leads, management, and project managers via meetings and email to unblock and resolve difficult user stories and features related to support onboarding processes.
• Support the onboarding process for dealer and customer-facing tools and systems.

• This is a remote role. Candidates must reside near one of the following hub locations and be available to come into the office when requested: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Candidates without a degree will be considered with 4+ years of directly relevant project management or operations support experience.
Project tracking tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira/Confluence.
• AWS tools including CloudWatch and Lambda services.
• Ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Salesforce.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, including building polished presentations for leadership and management audiences.
• Experience using AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar.
Familiarity with Scrum/Agile practices.
Strong project planning skills with the ability to facilitate and escalate issues to management quickly and effectively.
