The Operations Team Leader will oversee a small team of 1-5 members, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations across multiple sites. This role involves frequent travel and requires strong leadership to manage schedules, maintain quality standards, and coordinate resources effectively. Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a small operations team to achieve performance goals
• Manage scheduling and allocation of resources across sites
• Conduct quality control inspections to maintain service standards
• Oversee inventory levels and coordinate supply orders
• Coordinate training and development activities for team members
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Prepare daily operations reports, staff performance reviews, and incident reports
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain positive customer relations and address client concerns
• Travel frequently between sites to monitor and support operations
