Job Overview We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Diesel Technician to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diesel engine repair and maintenance, with a passion for providing top-notch service to our fleet of vehicles. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, including oil changes, filter replacements, and tune-ups Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential problems and recommend necessary repairs Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed Communicate effectively with other team members and management to ensure timely completion of work Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of experience as a diesel technician Strong knowledge of diesel engines and their components Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematicsExcellent problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Valid driver's license and clean driving record Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for advancement and professional development We value our employees and strive to provide a positive and supportive work environment.
