Assist individuals in daily activities, including health and personal management, personal goal achievement, and household living. Maintain a safe and therapeutic treatment environment that meets the physical, emotional, and personal needs of participants while minimizing interfering behaviors. Respond promptly to any support needs that arise during awake hours. Support the organization’s zero‑tolerance policy for abuse and report incidents as required. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred. One year of experience preferred. Valid New York driver’s license. Flexible, patient, energetic, creative, and possessing a sense of humor. Strong passion for working with and helping children and adults with special needs. Devereux is a drug‑free workplace.
