Pediatrix® Medical Group is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to help support our expanding BayCare practice across multiple modern, well-resourced hospitals in the Tampa Bay area. What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out Primary Coverage: St Joseph's Women's Hospital (Tampa) Schedule: Variety of shifts including: 12-hour day, 12-hour night, 16‑hour night shifts and 24-hour shifts Practice Variety: Opportunities to rotate through: Morton Plant Hospital – Level II NICU (10 beds) Mease Countryside Hospital – Level III NICU (12 beds) St. Joseph’s South Hospital – Level II NICU (11 beds) St. Joseph's North Hospital - Level II NICU (8 beds) 24/7 In-House Neonatal Coverage at all BayCare hospitals Team-Based Care: Night coverage always by a neonatologist or NNP; normal newborn care shared by neonatologists & pediatricians Large, Collaborative Practice: 19 Neonatologists 5 Neonatal Hospitalists 18 NNPs Ask us about potential tuition reimbursement assistance.
