Collaborate with Cyber Security, Cloud Infrastructure, Enterprise Networks, Legal/Compliance, and Microsoft Teams to ensure secure, reliable, and governed collaboration across the organization. Drive automation, compliance alignment, and innovative solution engineering to reduce operational burden, strengthen security posture, and streamline business processes. Utilize expertise in SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Apps/Power Automate, PnP PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph to build scalable, enterprise‑grade solutions. What You’ll Need to Succeed Education: High School Diploma required OR Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience engineering Microsoft 365 systems. Experience: 9+ years of experience engineering Microsoft 365 systems with a High School diploma. Technical skills: SharePoint Online architecture and governance OneDrive for Business Power Apps and Power Automate development PnP PowerShell scripting for administration of M365 services Microsoft Graph API and automation US Person. Experience supporting compliance frameworks (CMMC, NIST 800‑171, DFARS, CIS). Strong analytical, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills. Experience with or exposure to Microsoft Copilot and AI‑assisted workflows is a plus. Role requirements: May require on‑call rotation; hybrid work location out of Falls Church, VA office.
