Beyond technical capability, we place a high value on integrity, accountability, and a strong work ethic—someone who understands their responsibilities and consistently follows through.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and modern, responsive front-end applications.Build and manage data layers using relational and NoSQL databases.Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and orchestration workflows.Collaborate with product, QA, and fellow developers throughout the software development lifecycle.Write clean, testable, well-documented code and participate in code reviews.Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and reliability.Be available and responsive during Austin business hours to align with the broader team.Skill RequirementsPython—strong, hands-on development experience.Databases—RDBMS (PostgreSQL) and/or MongoDB.Frontend—proficiency in at least one popular framework: Svelte, Angular, React, or Next.js.CI/CD & DevOps—Docker containerization and Kubernetes (k8s) orchestration.Other RequirementsIntegrity and ownership—takes responsibility seriously and works diligently and honestly.Reliability—dependable, self-driven, and consistent in delivery.Collaboration—works well within a team and communicates clearly.Problem-solving mindset—proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
