Take on an impactful role supporting students and staff across multiple K-12 schools as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. This full-time, onsite opportunity offers the chance to work throughout a district, lending expertise in behavioral support and autism programs while collaborating with educators and specialists.

As a vital district resource, you won’t have a direct caseload; instead, your focus will be on developing and overseeing behavioral strategies. Your responsibilities will include conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), crafting and monitoring Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and providing supervision to two Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Your insights will drive positive outcomes for students and empower staff with effective techniques.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification in Colorado
• Current Colorado Department of Education (CDE) credential
• Experience working in K-12 educational settings
• Strong skills in FBA and BIP development and implementation
• Previous supervision experience (RBTs preferred)
• Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a district-wide BCBA, supporting multiple school sites (elementary, middle, and high school)
• Guide and coach building staff on behavioral interventions and autism support strategies
• Conduct FBAs and design effective BIPs
• Supervise and mentor two RBTs
• Consult on best practices and provide training as needed
• Maintain collaborative relationships with educators and support staff
• Ensure compliance with district and state behavioral guidelines
