We’re seeking an experienced and driven Construction Superintendent to join our growing Jcorp Design Build Team . If you thrive on seeing projects through from start to finish, keeping crews motivated, and ensuring quality work is delivered on time, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Observe and engage in all aspects of construction from start to finish.
• Monitor and enforce compliance or as-built construction conditions.
• Observe and enforce building safety code and compliance
• Identify value engineering solutions and submit to project management
• Review and provide feedback on subcontract change orders, purchase orders and other requests
• Engage in jobsite labor related tasks
• Work with the Project Management team for onsite questions, follow up and support
• Train/Oversee/Mentor other Jcorp foremen/laborers to be effective and grow in their roles.
• Review project plans and schedules, keeping projects on time and within budget.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent (commercial and/or residential).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to keep teams on track.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project documents.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Tech-savvy with project management or scheduling software experience a plus.

Salary Range:

$80,000-$120,000 depending on experience
