Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a meaningful impact as a dedicated therapist supporting student success in a full-time, onsite contract role. You'll bring your expertise in speech-language pathology or occupational therapy to an engaging school setting, providing care and intervention for a caseload of 55 students. Collaborate closely with school staff and families to foster a supportive and inclusive environment, while working a consistent schedule of 33 hours per week.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Active credentials as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Proven experience or interest in pediatric or school-based therapy
• Insight into best practices for assessment, intervention planning, and therapy delivery in educational settings
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with educators, families, and colleagues
• Motivation to empower students and advocate for their functional, academic, and social success

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting assessments to identify student strengths and needs
• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Providing direct therapy services to students across a varied caseload
• Maintaining thorough and timely documentation in line with school and compliance standards
• Consulting with teachers and families to support IEP goals and student progress
• Participating in meetings and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams
