Expeditionary Communications & Training Specialist (sUSV Support) Help shape the future of autonomous maritime operations. Anchor Innovation is seeking experienced communications professionals to support the U.S. Navy’s rapidly expanding unmanned surface vessel (sUSV) community. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of robotics, autonomous systems, expeditionary operations, and fleet readiness while supporting operational units, waterfront activities, testing, and operator training. Locations Pascagoula, MS What You’ll Do Troubleshoot RF, SATCOM, networking, and communications systems. Support fleet operations, testing, and waterfront maintenance. Develop and deliver technical training for operators and maintainers. Assist with systems integration, fielding, and capability development. Help build sustainable communications capability across the fleet. Candidates with military communications and electronics experience, including backgrounds such as: Advanced Electronics Computer Field (AECF) Marine Corps Communications/Electronics Army Signal Or equivalent military communications experience Experience supporting SOCOM, EXW, NSW, MESF, CRF, SURFDEVRON, USVRON, expeditionary communications, or unmanned systems is highly desirable. Instructor experience, troubleshooting skills, and small boat or waterfront operations experience are all a plus. Requirements 4+ years of relevant communications, networking, electronics, or expeditionary communications experience Willingness to travel occasionally in support of operational requirements Compensation $80,000–$120,000, commensurate with experience.
