New Season Treatment Centers, a national provider of outpatient care for Opioid Use Disorder, seeks a Customer Care Representative to handle inbound calls, set intake appointments, and help retain and acquire patients at our Town of Florida call center. This on-site role reports to the Call Center Director; requires high school diploma, 1 year of high-volume telephonic experience, and strong communication.
