Accurately process orders and handle transactions, ensuring all payments are completed smoothly. Maintain a clean and organized cashier station, including stocking supplies and keeping the area tidy. Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. Uphold food safety and quality standards, following all procedures to guarantee guest satisfaction. Qualifications Excellent customer service is essential. Cashiers should have strong interpersonal skills, be friendly, patient, and able to effectively communicate with customers. Cashiers need to be accurate when processing transactions, handling cash, and recording sales. Attention to detail is crucial to avoid mistakes. Familiarity with using cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems is important. This includes knowing how to count money, provide correct change, and operate relevant equipment. Able to work calmly and effectively under pressure. Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and all holidays. Able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day.
