Member Acquisition Specialists are deployed strategically across community partner sites, referral locations, and Zcalo-hosted community events to maximize enrollment outcomes and member conversion./ppSuccess in this role is measured by enrollments, registration quality, conversion rates, follow-up execution, and the ability to build trust that results in members connecting to care./ppThis is a highly accountable, performance-driven role for individuals who are comfortable initiating conversations, guiding individuals through enrollment processes, overcoming barriers to care, and working independently in community settings./ppThis position reports to the Market Growth Manager./ppThe Member Acquisition Specialist will contribute in the following ways:/ppstrongEnrollment Conversion/strong/pulliConduct in-person outreach and enrollment conversations with eligible community members/liliDrive same-day registrations and maximize conversion opportunities in the field/liliGuide individuals through registration, intake, and enrollment processes/liliOwn weekly enrollment, registration, and conversion goals/liliMaintain disciplined follow-up to move referrals and leads into enrolled members/liliIdentify and escalate barriers preventing enrollment or engagement/liliSupport member retention and re-engagement efforts when appropriate/li/ulpstrongField Execution Community Presence/strong/pulliExecute enrollment activities at assigned partner sites, community locations, and outreach events/liliRepresent Zcalo Health professionally within community settings/liliBuild trust quickly and effectively with community members/liliSupport execution of Zcalo-hosted events designed to generate enrollment opportunities/liliMaintain flexibility to work in field-based environments, including evenings and weekends as needed/li/ulpstrongDocumentation Operational Compliance/strong/pulliAccurately complete registrations, documentation, and enrollment workflows across operational systems/liliMaintain timely and accurate activity tracking within Athena and other required platforms/liliFollow established operational workflows, SOPs, compliance expectations, and documentation standards/liliCommunicate operational issues, field insights, and workflow barriers in real time/li/ulpstrongCollaboration enrollment metrics preferred/liliStrong communication and relationship-building skills/liliOrganized, reliable, and comfortable working independently in field environments/liliComfortable using technology and documentation systems/liliBilingual English-Spanish required/liliReliable transportation and willingness to travel locally/liliFlexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as
