Job Description
Local Property Management Company is seeking a Full-Time Property Maintenance Technician.
Our maintenance personnel are responsible for keeping our communities in top-notch condition, inside
and out. Be ready to be busy! A typical day could include plumbing, electrical, basic drywall, painting,
appliance repairs, and grounds work along with preparing apartments for new residents. This is a full
time position with regular hours and rotating after-hours on call. Low-pressure boiler license helpful but
not required. Job requires valid drivers license and dependable vehicle. Drug testing and criminal
background check are required. Wage depending on experience.
