Mass Tort Attorney

Job ID#: 38113 Plaintiff-side trial firm handling mass tort, toxic tort, pharmaceutical, and catastrophic injury litigation across multiple jurisdictions. Core Responsibilities Manage and litigate mass tort / product liability cases from intake through trial or resolution Handle large dockets of cases (often 50–100+ depending on role seniority) Conduct case development , including fact investigation and medical record analysis Draft and argue: Pleadings Motions Discovery Depositions Coordinate with: Co-counsel across jurisdictions Experts (medical, liability, damages) Participate in trial preparation and trial work (firm is very trial-focused) Negotiate settlements and maximize client recovery (including lien resolution strategy) Manage multi-jurisdictional filings and deadlines (These duties are inferred from both associate and paralegal roles supporting case-managing attorneys and full lifecycle litigation responsibility.) Typical Qualifications J.D. from accredited law school + licensed (TX or transferable) ~2–5+ years of experience in: Mass torts Toxic torts Asbestos / pharmaceutical litigation OR complex plaintiff litigation Strong experience with: Discovery + depositions Motion practiceCase management across large dockets Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume litigation environment Trial experience or strong desire to try cases (big cultural point at this firm) #J-18808-Ljbffr
