Key Responsibilities:

Ensure financial success through forecasting and P&L management

100% hands-on working alongside the team

Hire and develop management-level team members

Manage daily operations including opening, closing, and cash handling

Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain facility standards

Ensure order accuracy and excellence in execution

Ability to set direction, execute plans, and drive long-term restaurant success.

Enforcing company standards, ensuring compliance, and leading by example every day.

Maintaining exceptional standards in cleanliness, safety, and overall restaurant operations.

Essential Qualifications:

5+ years Restaurant General Manager or Multi-Unit Management experience.

Proven track record in people development and operational leadership

High school diploma required; some college preferred

Valid driver's license and ability to travel for training

New restaurant opening experience

Local restaurant marketing background

Key Competencies:

Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities

High emotional intelligence and problem-solving capabilities
