Lead project planning, estimation, prioritization, and execution while balancing scope, timelines, budgets, user needs, and business objectives. Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders by understanding their goals, challenges, constraints, and organizational context. Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to balance user needs, business goals, and technical considerations. Contribute to organizational learning by sharing knowledge, improving practices, and supporting the growth of delivery capabilities. Requirements: The ideal candidate is an experienced delivery leader with strong agile expertise, product management knowledge, and the ability to guide teams and clients through complex digital initiatives. Proven experience managing complex digital product delivery, software projects, or technology consulting engagements. Strong expertise in agile project management, including planning, execution, estimation, prioritization, and iterative delivery approaches. Experience leading cross-functional teams that include product, design, engineering, and strategy disciplines. Ability to understand and balance business objectives, user needs, and technical constraints throughout the product lifecycle. Strong experience identifying risks, managing ambiguity, and creating clear paths forward in complex environments. Excellent client-facing communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence senior stakeholders. Experience fostering collaborative team environments focused on accountability, learning, and continuous improvement. Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and organizational skills. Ability to promote quality standards, accessibility practices, and user-centered product development. A curious, adaptable mindset with a passion for learning new industries, technologies, and approaches. Experience in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or AI-enabled products is a plus.
