As an intern to the Office of the COO, you will gain exposure to how a global financial services organization operates at scale. This role is designed for students who are curious about business management, operational strategy, governance, technology, and the execution disciple required to move enterprise priories forward. What You Will Do Support day-to-day activities and strategic initiatives within the Chief Operating Office (COO) Conduct research and analysis on operational processes, performance metrics, and business priorities Help track action items, risks, milestones, and deliverables across ongoing projects Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency Assist with documentation of business procedures, workflows, and governance materials Support AI initiatives by researching use cases, documenting opportunities, and helping teams understand where adoption could improve processes or decision-making.
