Store Manager - Full Time

Role Overview: Responsible for managing store operations, including staffing, training, inventory control, merchandising, and customer service to ensure effective store performance. Key Responsibilities Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate employees, ensuring proper staffing and adherence to labor laws. Lead store opening and closing procedures, ensuring operational readiness. Analyze sales, profitability, and inventory data to identify business trends and control expenses. Manage inventory levels, ordering, and merchandise presentation according to company standards. Maintain security and cash handling protocols, ensuring financial integrity. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, safe shopping environment. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and documentation requirements. Qualifications & Skills Ability to interpret operational documents and perform basic math calculations. Knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, and merchandising practices. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Experience in retail management and familiarity with legal employment practices preferred; bilingual skills may be advantageous. Physical & Working Conditions: Frequent walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 55 pounds, and occasional use of ladders.
