- Building and assembling custom door units based on work orders and customer specifications
- Operating hand and power tools including saws, nail guns, routers, and drills safely and efficiently
- Performing precise measurements, cuts, and fittings with strong attention to detail
- Inspecting finished work for accuracy and quality, making adjustments as needed
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area following company safety guidelines
- Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Continuously improving methods, materials, and results to support production goals
- Proven experience in finish carpentry or custom woodworking required
- Strong familiarity with carpentry tools, woodworking machinery, and general shop safety
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, measurements, and technical documents
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and standing for extended periods
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and reliability in a team environment
