real solutions What You'll Do As a Production Associate, you'll play a hands-on role in keeping our operations running safely, efficiently, and on time. You'll work alongside a team that values hard work, accountability, and taking care of one another. Available Shifts and Hours: 1st Shift - 6:00 am - 2:00 pm 2nd Shift - 2:00 pm -10:00 pm 3rd Shift - 10:00 pm - 6:00 am Hourly Pay Rate:

$16/hour + shift prem for 2nd/3rd $.50 Key responsibilities include: Safely operating production equipment and tools Assembling, repairing, or processing pallets and related materials Following all safety procedures and proactively identifying hazards Maintaining a clean and organized work area Meeting productivity and quality expectations Communicating effectively with supervisors and teammates Supporting continuous improvement efforts What We're Looking For
