Warehouse Operator – $21.75–$22.50/hr | Weekly Pay

Macedon, NY | Full-Time | Long-Term Temporary | Potential Temp-to-Hire

Kelly is hiring Warehouse Operators for a leading food manufacturing facility in Macedon, NY. This is a long-term temporary opportunity with potential for permanent hire for individuals who have warehouse, material handling, manufacturing, or equipment operation experience.

Pay

• 2nd Shift: $21.75/hr
• 3rd Shift: $22.50/hr

Weekly pay
Schedule

• 2nd Shift - Monday–Friday - 4:00 PM–12:30 AM
• 3rd Shift -  Tuesday–Saturday - 12:00 AM–8:30 AM

Paid Training: Approximately 2 weeks on 1st shift

• Monday–Friday - 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Training is paid before transitioning to your assigned shift.

  What You'll Do

• Move raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished products throughout the facility
• Operate electric pallet jacks, walk-behind stackers, forklifts, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment
• Load, unload, stage, wrap, and label materials
• Supply production lines with materials
• Complete inventory transactions and maintain accurate records
• Inspect materials and report quality concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow food safety, GMP, warehouse, and safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or material handling experience preferred
• Experience with forklifts, reach trucks, electric pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment is a plus
• Comfortable learning and operating different types of equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable attendance and dependable work history
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable transportation to Macedon, NY
