Shift: Monday - Friday from 3:30 am - 12 pm (or until work is completed). Hourly range: $23.50 – $24.20 /hr. What Warehouse Operations contributes to Cardinal Health: Operations is responsible for materials handling and product distribution in a distribution or manufacturing environment. This includes warehousing and fulfillment of materials and products, transportation, inventory management, demand, supply and manufacturing planning. Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing and controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This includes receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, and ensuring the efficient flow of products from the point of receipt to shipment. Job Summary The Associate II, Warehouse Ops assists on inbound or outbound activities as requested by the Warehouse Supervisor, meeting quality, safety, productivity and operational standards. This job receives products in the inbound section and ships products in the outbound section. Responsibilities Unload trucks in the inbound section using a pallet jack or equivalent device. Use the Manhattan Warehouse Management System to check in products. For specialty products, follow refrigeration storage regulations. Store products in warehouse locations using an order picker or other device. Pick products from warehouse locations and load them into outbound trucks. Qualifications 1‑2 years of experience (preferred). High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience (preferred). Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for the entire shift. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Comfort working with heights of 20‑30 ft regularly. What is expected of you and others at this level Applies acquired knowledge and skills to complete standard tasks.
