Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience required License: Pending license accepted Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS required Must-Have: Strong ophthalmology experience, ortho and Mako experience, neuro spine experience, call required, no floating required Description: Position available for an Operating Room Registered Nurse. Strong experience in ophthalmology is required. Experience in orthopedics and Mako is also required. Neuro spine experience is necessary. The role involves traveling as an OR circulator for three 12-hour shifts per week. The shifts will vary between Monday and Friday, with scheduled days off each week. Call days will be required for 4-6 days in a 6-week schedule, including weekends. Weekend call will be approximately every 6-8 weeks. Call during holidays may also be required during the assignment. Compliance with attendance policy is essential, with strict monitoring of missed shifts. All requested time off must be included in the initial submission. Candidates should have recent experience with Epic, although it is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates without a current license will be considered only if they obtain it before starting. Candidates must pass required tests during orientation, including cardiac dysrhythmia and moderate sedation. Documents for compliance are due five business days prior to the scheduled start date.
