Le Sud Mediterranean Kitchen – Roscoe Village, Chicago
Le Sud Mediterranean Kitchen is looking for an experienced, dependable Full-Time Bartender to join our team.
We are specifically looking for someone who wants a stable, long-term position with a guaranteed full-time schedule . Rather than relying on multiple part-time bartenders, we want to develop one strong bartender who can become an important and consistent member of our bar team.
Responsibilities- Provide warm, professional, and knowledgeable bar service
- Prepare cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages according to Le Sud standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked bar
- Assist the Bar Manager with daily bar operations
- Help monitor liquor, wine, beer, mixers, and bar supply inventory
- Communicate low-stock items, unusual usage, breakage, or inventory concerns
- Assist with receiving and organizing beverage deliveries
- Help maintain consistent pouring, recipes, and cost-control standards
- Work closely with management and the service team to create an excellent guest experience
- Previous high-volume or upscale restaurant bartending experience
- Strong cocktail, wine, and spirits knowledge
- Reliable and interested in a full-time, long-term position
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable taking additional responsibility beyond simply working behind the bar
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Someone who takes ownership and treats the bar as their area of responsibility
- Guaranteed full-time schedule

Full-time availability, including evenings and weekends, is required.
