Accountant - GAAP & SEC Reporting Specialist

Southern Company is seeking an Accountant to perform financial accounting for affiliate revenue recognition, cash accounts, and monthly reporting for 10-Q/10-K filings. The role involves journal entries, reconciliations, and maintaining process documentation. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in accounting, 1–3 years of experience, and strong GAAP knowledge.
