Installer

Introduction:

If you have a strong mechanical background, enjoy working with tools, and take pride in producing quality work, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for!

Schedule:

Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime available based on production needs.

Pay Rate:

Level 1: $19.00 per hour
Level 2: $21.00 per hour
Level 3: $23.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

Install service bodies, platforms, dump bodies, van packages, hoists, electrical components, ladder racks, Sortimo units, and other truck equipment.
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions.
Perform mechanical assembly while meeting production and quality standards.
Use hand tools and shop equipment to complete installations safely and accurately.
Work independently and collaboratively in a production environment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all safety procedures and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Assist with other production duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Previous experience in the truck equipment, automotive, or related industry is a plus.
Ability to work against production standards and meet deadlines.
Ability to read blueprints and mechanical schematics.
Must provide your own basic hand tools.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Overhead cranes
Grinders
Plasma cutter
