MC DONALD’S GENERAL MANAGER

We are looking for hospitality professionals to join our four generation family of 60 years owned and operated franchise of McDonald’s.

If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, we are building a new vision blending our history with a fresh outlook. Our company is looking to expand our team as we move into the future. Experience preferred but not required, you bring the positive attitude, and we will teach you the skills.

Responsibilities

*The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and making sure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness.

*General Manager responsibilities include managing assigned Systems like: Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management, Goal Setting, delegating tasks to their teams, following up and reporting results back to their team and other managers.

*General Managers lead a team of Department Managers helping them to set their own goals, following up on their progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve their departments and the overall goals of the restaurant.

* Guest Service Lead responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

**Promotional Communication

**Operation Incentives

**Digital Marketing &Tracking

*People Lead responsibilities may include but not limited to: **Crew and Management training

**Recruitment pertaining to hiring in store and online **Overseeing work force scheduling

*Kitchen Lead responsibilities may include but are not limited to: **Food Safety

**Supervising the execution of all new and existing operational procedures.

**Ordering and tracking of all food products.

QUALIFICATIONS

*You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our family owned and operated restaurants.

*We’re looking for positive team players with a passion to work in our fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
