Assist with local community partnerships, events, and brand-building activities to enhance neighbor engagement and loyalty. What We're Looking For:Genuine passion for pets with interest in pet care and nutritionStrong communication and leadership skills with attention to detail2+ years of retail experience in a leadership roleAbility to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to work a varied schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays as neededAbility to safely operate all store equipment (including forklift) About LH Mercantile:LH Mercantile, LLC is a franchisee of Pet Supplies Plus that currently has 16 locations throughout the Chicago suburbs and Northwest Indiana.
