Seasonal PT Brand Ambassador

Role Overview Brand Ambassadors at Ralph Lauren provide a personalized and inspiring shopping experience, serving as the first point of contact for customers and the first step on a pathway to future leadership roles within the company. They must exhibit a customer‑focused mindset, collaborate effectively with teammates, and embody the brand’s commitment to inclusivity. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a consistently customer‑first mindset. Understand sales objectives and consistently meet or exceed individual KPIs (SPH, data capture, etc.) using key tools and resources. Contribute to the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans by collaborating with the team to uphold standards of excellence across all touchpoints of the brand’s policies and procedures. Connect customers using the Polo Connect program. Demonstrate passion and knowledge of fashion and styling. Educate customers on all programs, initiatives, resources, and offerings available. Assist with sizing and store standards in the fitting room area. Maintain store standards, policies, and processes on the sales floor and BOH, completing all opening and closing responsibilities as required. Support operational activities such as floor sets and replenishment (ISOS). Participate in company trainings, including compliance, product, process, talent development, and company initiatives. Effectively balance tasks while prioritizing the Ralph Lauren experience, ensuring the customer experience is always a priority. Provide necessary feedback to management on product feedback, category opportunities, or needs. Maintain store visual standards using visual techniques and company guidelines. Support a professional and positive work environment, champion company core values, and uphold company policies while collaborating with colleagues to create a cohesive and inclusive team environment. Qualifications Retail experience, or similar industry experience in a complex, high‑volume, or high‑profile environment, preferred. Strong communication skills with customers and store personnel. Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cash wrap, and office; work around or with chemicals; lift or climb up to 30 lbs.; and climb moderately. Ability to operate the register, stand, and move for multiple hours. Flexibility to work a schedule that meets business needs, including day, evening, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel as required. Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and co‑workers. Compensation Salary range: $14.00 – $18.86 hourly. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ralph Lauren
