Marketing Platform Manager

Our client is a highly regarded global law firm known for its innovative approach, sophisticated client base, and forward-thinking culture. They are looking for a Marketing Platform Manager to take ownership of a critical part of their marketing technology ecosystem, with significant exposure to automation, AI, and digital strategy.

This role will be hybrid and can sit in NYC, D.C., Boston, SF, Palo Alto, Santa Monica, or Seattle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the firm’s email marketing platform, including campaign builds, templates, automations, segmentation, lead scoring, testing, and performance reporting.
• Manage system integrations and data integrity across the marketing technology stack, including Salesforce and event platforms, while troubleshooting sync and integration issues.
• Build and improve AI-enabled and agentic workflows designed to automate repetitive marketing processes and increase efficiency across the platform ecosystem.
• Partner with internal technology teams, marketing stakeholders, vendors, and consultants to diagnose issues, improve systems, and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Play a key role in the continued evolution of the firm’s marketing technology and digital infrastructure, with the opportunity to work at the intersection of marketing, technology, data, and AI.

Key Qualifications:

• 8+ years of advanced email marketing platform administration experience
• Advanced Marketo expertise and strong understanding of Salesforce integrations
• Experience troubleshooting marketing technology integrations and maintaining data governance
• Experience building or configuring AI/LLM-based workflows or agents
• Law firm or professional services marketing technology experience strongly preferred
