What You’ll Own: Lead the Lease‑Up Own the entire leasing lifecycle from pre-leasing through stabilized occupancy. Convert leads into residents through exceptional tours, follow‑up, and relationship building. Manage applications, approvals, move‑ins, and resident onboarding. Drive leasing velocity while maintaining an elevated customer experience. Build a Community Host events, resident experiences, hard‑hat tours, and local activations. Build relationships with future residents and become the face of the property. Foster a welcoming, hospitality‑first culture from day one. Partner with Marketing Work closely with Exxir's marketing team to position our locations as the premier address in Bishop Arts. Capture content, participate in social media, and support digital marketing campaigns. Provide market insights that help improve lead generation and leasing performance. Launch Operations Build leasing systems, reporting, and daily processes from the ground up. Establish best practices that will support long‑term operational success. Collaborate with development and construction teams throughout project completion. Ensure a seamless transition from construction to full operations. Know the Numbers Track occupancy, leasing velocity, traffic, conversion, and rent performance. Analyze results and adjust strategies to achieve leasing goals. Provide regular reporting and recommendations to leadership. Deliver an Exceptional Resident Experience Create an experience that feels more hospitality than property management. Resolve issues quickly and professionally. Build trust, loyalty, and long‑term resident satisfaction from the very first interaction. You likely have: Lease‑up experience from pre‑leasing through stabilization. A proven ability to close leases and exceed occupancy goals. Outstanding communication and relationship‑building skills. A hospitality mindset that makes every interaction memorable. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Confidence using CRM and property management software. Experience analyzing leasing metrics and adjusting strategy based on performance. The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
