Job Description Job Description Maintenance Mechanic – Temp to HireLocation: City Of Industry Pay Rate: DOE (Depends on Experience) We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Mechanic for a spice warehouse facility. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity for candidates with strong mechanical skills and experience working in warehouse or industrial environments. Responsibilities: Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on warehouse equipment and facility systems Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues Maintain and repair commercial refrigeration and cold storage systems Conduct general handyman and facility maintenance tasks as needed Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner Follow all company safety and GMP guidelines Preferred Experience: Experience with commercial refrigeration and cold storage systems FKL experience preferred General handyman and facility maintenance experience Experience working in warehouse, food production, or spice manufacturing environments Ability to use hand and power tools safely Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Qualifications: Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods Reliable transportation and good attendance Flexible and team-oriented attitude This is a temp-to-hire position with opportunity for long-term employment based on performance and attendance.
