Step into a vital role supporting an elementary-aged student as a dedicated paraprofessional for the remainder of the school year. This full-time contract position offers 32.5 hours per week, providing the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by working one-on-one with a young learner in a supportive educational environment located near Providence, RI.

Your mission is to help foster academic, social, and behavioral growth, working closely with teaching staff to deliver individualized support tailored to your assigned student. Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional, especially within a school setting
• Enthusiasm for working with elementary-aged children
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, specialists, and families

• Reliability and professionalism for consistent, positive presence

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized academic and behavioral assistance to your assigned student
• Support classroom routines, instructional activities, and social integration
• Monitor and encourage student engagement and participation
• Adapt materials and strategies to best meet student needs, as guided by educators
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to school and district protocols
• Document progress and communicate regularly with classroom staff regarding goals
