Descripción de Puesto – Cocinero (Line Cook)
Departamento: Cocina
Reporta a: Executive Chef / Kitchen Manager
Preparar y presentar los platos de Lima Soul siguiendo los estándares de calidad, recetas, seguridad alimentaria y presentación establecidos por el restaurante.
Responsabilidades principales- Preparar ingredientes y organizar su estación de trabajo (mise en place).
- Elaborar los platos siguiendo recetas, porciones y estándares de presentación.
- Operar correctamente el horno Rational y demás equipos de cocina.
- Garantizar la calidad, frescura y consistencia de los alimentos.
- Cumplir las normas de higiene, temperaturas y prevención de contaminación cruzada.
- Mantener limpia y organizada su estación durante todo el turno.
- Controlar el desperdicio y almacenar correctamente los productos utilizando FIFO.
- Coordinar con el equipo para cumplir los tiempos de servicio.
- Completar las tareas de apertura, preparación y cierre.
- Mantener puntualidad, responsabilidad, respeto y trabajo en equipo.
- Experiencia previa en cocina profesional.
- Conocimiento de manipulación segura de alimentos.
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.
- Organización, rapidez y atención al detalle.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar fines de semana y días festivos.
