PM&R - Medical Director - Inpatient Rehab

(Physician/MD qualifications required) Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation - We are seeking a Physiatry (PM&R) physician with inpatient rehabilitation experience to serve as Medical Director for our inpatient rehabilitation facility. This role combines daily patient care with administrative leadership in a Monday-Friday schedule. Responsibilities Conduct daily inpatient rounds in the rehab facility Oversee and manage medical care for inpatient rehabilitation patients Provide medical leadership and oversight for the facility Support quality initiatives, clinical protocols, and regulatory compliance Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams Qualifications MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Inpatient rehabilitation experience required Strong leadership and communication skills Schedule Monday-Friday No nights or weekends Compensation Competitive compensation Additional Medical Director stipend Balanced schedule with leadership opportunity This position offers an excellent opportunity for a PM&R physician seeking a stable weekday schedule and a formal medical leadership role within inpatient rehabilitation.
