About the Practice and Facility Practice Detail: Full spectrum, very busy, well-respected OB/GYN multi‑provider office delivering compassionate, personalized care. Facility: Ascension St. John. Location: Tulsa, OK. Evaluate and treat patients with appropriate diagnostic and treatment skills. Coordinate discharge planning with case management. Recommend, participate, and work to ensure the success of efforts to improve cost effectiveness and quality of care. Accept patient referrals from other physicians. Act as admitting, attending, and/or consulting physician for patients requiring hospitalization. Participate in academic programs (e.g., medical education and research) as requested. Provide documentation that meets insurance company requirements; appeal all denials timely. Participate in inpatient and outpatient consultation for specialty, including on‑call schedules. Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration: Physician MD/DO with Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Advanced Life Support preferred (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted). Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required. Additional Preferences: Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible.
