Volunteer Assistant Program Director

Assistant Program DirectorWe are looking for a gospel-centered and detail-oriented Assistant Program Director to help lead our team, in partnership with the local Program Director and Leadership Board. Our ideal candidate is a spiritually mature active church participant who is adept at assisting in a broad range of administrative tasks. The Assistant Program Director will serve in a part-time volunteer capacity under the Program Director.Job Responsibilities: Assist the Program Director in managing the LifeWise 5 L'sLeadership: The people element of a program; specifically, the doersLocation: The facility and transportation needs of the programLogistics: How the program relates to the school and/or districtLoot: The financial component of the program (fundraising and budgeting)Language: The communication element of the programSupportThe Support Center is here to walk with you every step of the way! You'll be provided with a step-by-step plan, ongoing training and specialized one-on-one coaching so you can bring Bible education to public school students in your community!Qualifications and ExperienceA mature personal Christian faith in agreement with the LifeWise Academy Statement of FaithActive participation in and commitment to a local church whose doctrine aligns with the "What We Believe" section of the LifeWise Academy Statement of FaithLeadership experience in either a professional or volunteer capacityExperience with spreadsheets, virtual meeting platforms and Google WorkspaceBenefitsRetirement plan, including employer match
