Receptionist (Contract)

Are you a friendly, organized professional who enjoys helping people and creating a welcoming environment? We're looking for a Receptionist to provide front desk support at our Rockford office during a temporary leave coverage assignment. This is a great opportunity for someone with customer service, administrative, or reception experience who enjoys interacting with people and keeping an office running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist members, visitors, vendors, and contractors with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Answer and direct incoming calls through a high-volume phone system
• Process payments and assist with basic billing inquiries
• Respond to customer questions regarding account information, services, and programs
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, shipping, and correspondence
• Support office operations by printing labels, sending faxes, and managing documents
• Monitor and respond to emails as needed
• Assist guests arriving for meetings, interviews, and appointments
• Accurately process cash payments and provide change when necessary
• Perform additional administrative and clerical duties to support the team

Qualifications

• Previous experience in reception, customer service, administrative support, or a similar role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy office environment
• Experience handling cash transactions accurately
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask while maintaining excellent customer service

This is a Contract position based out of Rockford, MN 55373.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
